Yahya Osmany

Yahya Osmany was born and grew up in rural Herat. After leaving ARAO, Yahya started his career as a production manager in Daud Company, selling arable input supplies to farmers in the Herat area. He then moved on to sales management, sales director, business, and project management across the arable, machinery, horticulture, and dairy sector. Yahya's last role before moving to Flour and Bread Product Barakat Hariwa was the regional manager Herat, Farah and Badghis for Lode Wieck Logistics, a company in the animal nutrition business. Yahya's passion has always been for people and people development within the business.

He joined the Flour and Bread Product Barakat Hariwa`s team in 2016. He was trained by Turk technicians on-site, and since then, he is engaged in managing flour and bran production, assisting in technical sections, increasing the quality of outputs, and providing creative ideas on improving the production levels.
